80th Anniversary Steam Train Outing Dublin Connolly to Thurles Return

The IRRS Board is working on a two-day celebration of the 80th Anniversary of the Society in October. We will circulate details by email of the weekend’s events and on www.irrs.ie and our social media outlets as soon as they are finalised. Some elements of the celebration weekend will require booking so please watch your email inbox and act fast to secure your booking!

On Saturday 24th, we plan to have a steam hauled train trip, which will travel from Dublin Connolly to Thurles and back. The IRRS will partner with the Railway Preservation Society of Ireland in operating this trip bringing our railway community together for a great day out.
