Company Records
Our archive contains several historical records documenting the management and operations of various Irish railway companies, including material pertaining to their finances, engineering and public relations, as well as many other aspects involved in running a railway. The IRRS Library also contains hundreds of public railway timetables and internal company circulars.
These records are not presently catalogued and requests for information require archive personnel to locate the records manually. In making enquires regarding a particular subject or railway company, please provide as much detail and clarity of the nature of your request. The clearer the information being sought means the sooner we can identity the relevant records, if any, that will be useful.
