Coronavirus: Dublin Meetings & Outings

NOTICE TO MEMBERS CONCERNING CORONAVIRUS (COVID 19)

Having considered the measures announced by the Government on 12 March and taking account of the fact that many of our members are in the high risk groups, The Board of the IRRS has taken the following decisions:

 The remaining indoor events of the Dublin Area programme, originally scheduled for 26 March, 16 April and 23 April, are cancelled. We will seek to reschedule them for later dates.

 The Annual General Meeting, scheduled for 26 March, is postponed. Members will be notified of a new date for the meeting. The business notified for the meeting will remain unchanged and nominations received for election to the Board will remain valid.

 Tuesday library nights are cancelled until further notice.

 The outing to Stradbally, scheduled for 21 March, is postponed. A rescheduled date will be communicated at a later stage. All existing bookings remain valid.

 The outing to Portlaoise Permanent Way and Traincare Depots on 15 May is postponed. A rescheduled date will be communicated at a later stage. All existing bookings are cancelled and will be refunded. A new booking must be made when the new date is announced.

 The outing to Derry/Londonderry and Portrush on 25 July is postponed. A rescheduled date will be communicated at a later stage. All existing bookings are cancelled and will be refunded. A new booking must be made when the new date is announced.
